Voluntary and Involuntary Movements
Voluntary.- The nervous system controls all the coordinated movements you consciously choose to do, such as when you move your arm to take something you want.
Involuntary.- The nervous system also controls the involuntary or automatic actions of internal organs and glands. This means it acts without you noticing it and it is outside your control.
