The Starfish who couldn´t swim away.

The Starfish Who Couldn’t Swim Away

One sunny day, a little starfish was resting on a warm rock near the ocean. Suddenly, a strong wave pushed him far onto the sand.

“I couldn’t move back to the water!” cried the starfish. “I’m stuck!”

Not far away, a friendly rabbit was hopping along the beach.

“I could help you!” said the rabbit. “But I couldn’t carry you. You are too wet and slippery!”

Just then, a playful dog ran toward them.

“I could pick you up with my mouth!” said the dog. “But I couldn’t bite you. You are too delicate!”

A little frog jumped out from behind a shell.

“I could push you back to the ocean!” said the frog. “But I couldn’t do it alone.”

So the rabbit, the dog, and the frog worked together.

The rabbit could dig a small path in the sand.
The dog could gently roll the starfish with his nose.
And the frog could splash water to help the starfish slide.

Finally, the starfish could reach the ocean again!

“Thank you!” said the starfish happily. “I couldn’t do it without you!”

And from that day on, the four friends knew that teamwork meant they could do anything—even if they couldn’t do it alone.
